Floral Sun Catchers

These glass sun catchers are 9×3″ rectangles with a copper hanging wire. Each sun catcher is individually crafted starting with hand scoring glass and breaking it along the scored line to create every individual petal. I then use a combination of tweezers and fingers to place the design, use other elements like pulled glass (vitrigraph) to make stems, create leaves and sometimes add sparkle or small elements like mini lady bugs, butterflies, tiny flowers or whatever I might feel inspired by in the moment.
